We want to ensure that your needs are met every step of the way, which is why we begin our dental assessment by carefully listening to your dental concerns and expectations. We then complete a thorough examination to accurately record and assess all of your dental needs, including gum health, hygiene habits, preventative care and more.
New patient forms
To help make your first visit with our team as comfortable and simple as possible, we ask that you arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled time in order to complete your new patient forms before your appointment begins. Alternatively, you may complete the forms at home and either email them to our team, or bring them with you to your appointment.

Oral Cancer Screenings
This part may sound scary to most of our patients, but it is a very vital aspect of your dental care. A thorough oral cancer screening is completed on your first visit to ensure that your mouth is healthy and happy.
With oral cancer, early detection of abnormal soft tissues is vital, so we repeatedly check for these tissues for our active maintenance program.
Dental X-Ray Checks
In order to provide the Optimal results for your dental health, we complete full dental X-rays which allows our team to check between your teeth and underneath fillings/crowns for signs of decay or damage.
With our digital X-ray system, much less radiation is used during your check-up, and allows us to create a personalised treatment plan for your unique needs.

Our Sedatives
We have three types of sedation available to help our clients feel more at-ease during their dental procedure.
Penthrox is a newly improved nitrous oxide formula which is self-administered to help our patients feel more comfortable during their procedure.
Oral sedation is often used to help take the edge off for our nervous patients who do not want or require full sedation for their particular dental treatment.
Twilight sedation is administered by a registered anaesthetist to lull the patient into a fully sedated dream-like state of relaxation throughout their procedure.
